At HSN, we focus on a phased approach. First, we do an assessment to find out where you are at. Then, we test your biometrics and set goals to design a plan that is customized for you. After we get you set up with a customized plan, you graduate into phase 2, which includes accountability, support and tweaking your plan to ensure you continue on the right track. We focus on behavior change to help you achieve long-term results. To get started, we just need to schedule a time that is convenient for you to come in for an initial consultation.

What if I’m a vegetarian? Or have special dietary restrictions? We understand there needs to be more options for individuals with special food preferences. We have specialty plans for vegetarian, masters, gluten-free and dairy-free individuals.
