6 AM Class – Tuesday, 11 January 2016
On Tuesday, the format of the 6 AM class will be OPEN GYM. The gym will open normally at 5 AM Tuesday, with the workout of the day — as normally scheduled — kicking off at 5 AM. From 6:15 to 7:30 am we will be hosting a local unit for a special CrossFit morning PT session. Because of this special event — for this Tuesday only — we will be offering an open gym format from 6 AM through 8 AM.
Girls Night In – Yoga & Mimosas
Okay girls – Vanessa and Cindy are asking all girls to join them Saturday afternoon around 4 PM for a “Girls Night In – Yoga & Mimosas”. Please check the whiteboard for specific details!
CFGB Teams Compete at Gemini Games This Weekend
We have two teams competing at the Titan CrossFit Gemini games this Sunday, 17 January 2016. Stephanie and Maurice, and Caleb and Shannon have teamed up to compete in the Men/Women RX division. Each of these athletes have demonstrated much talent and skill individually. What will the team chemistry bring? You can be sure that this competition will bring out the fireworks in each of these individuals. We are excited to see them compete! If you are interested in watching these athletes compete, the event takes place form 8 AM to 3:30 pm Sunday at Titan CrossFit, 100 Cockeysville Road St. 150, Cockeysville, Maryland 21030. Spectator tickets are available at the venue for $10/person.
Lurong Resolution Challenge – Kick Off and Nutrition Seminar
On Saturday, 16 January 2016, we will kick off the Lurong Resolution Challenge. Join us at 11 AM for a 1-hour nutrition seminar. Then at 12 Noon, we will kick-off the Lurong challenge with a summary of the 5-week challenge and the important weigh-in and measurements. Open to all, regardless of whether or not you have registered for the challenge. If possible, please join us for the kick-off.
Relentless Pursuit of Excellence – Seminar Series – New Topics Added
Two new seminar series topics have been added to the schedule – check this out! Join us for these upcoming seminar series. The next seminar series topic in “Nutrition”. The success or failure of your fitness goals and well being are largely determined by your nutrition. You can’t outperform a bad diet! During this 1-hour seminar, we will be providing the information that you need to improve your nutrition. Perfectly timed, this seminar occurs right before the Lurong kick-off! This seminar is open to everyone, whether you have registered for the Lurong Challenge or not. We have room for fifty. Bring a friend, change a life!
