New Noon Express WOD
As a trial for the next three weeks (Monday, May 9th through Friday, May 27th), we will be adding a Noon CrossFit Express class. The class will start at Noon and will end at 12:45 PM each day, Monday through Friday. If this is something that you would be interested, please attend. During this trial offering, we will use the attendance over the next three weeks to determine the final schedule. May 23rd will be the last day that Cindy will be available to teach Yoga. We are sad to see her go. If you are able to join us for Yoga, we have a class on our schedule Monday and Wednesdays at 10:45 AM through May 23rd.
Saturdays – Barbell Club, Power Hour, and Mobility
On Saturdays, Open Gym continues from 8 AM through 1 PM. We have removed the Saturday 11 AM Mobility, 12 Noon Power Hour, and Thursday 5:30 PM Barbell Club due to low attendance. We are looking at alternatives for these, including a series of mini clinics on various aspects of Olympics Lifts, Powerlifting, and Mobility. Also, we will be announcing the availability of personal/private Olympic and Strength coaching. If that is something that you would be interested in, please let us know and we will be sure to keep you up to date on that exciting offering.
New Pre-Teens Class
Our Kids classes have become more popular. We have created a new age division for Pre-Teens (ages 9 to 12 years). Kids on Wednesday @ 5:30 will move to a Pre-Teen (9 to 12 years) class; Saturday Kids will continue as is (5 to 12 years)
Additional Beginner On-Ramp Classes
Each month we offer a series of beginner classes. It’s a 12 session course that we hold each month which covers all the basics of the CrossFit program including exercise and nutrition. Your friends, family, and acquaintances can pick from one of the available series. Many people select Series A, which meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:45pm. The other series include: Series “B” – Tue, Thurs, and Fri at 5:30 PM; Series “C” – Mon, Wed, and Fri at 11 AM; Series “D” – Mon, Wed, and Fri at 8:30 AM; Series “E” – Mon, Wed, and Fri at 5:00 AM; *Series [B-E] available based on interest and enrollment.
