Additional Classes starting in October

Starting in October, we are adding a couple of additional class times to our schedule.

New Class Times:

If you are looking for that late night WOD, we have you covered.

  • Tues/Thurs @ 8 PM : CrossFit

CrossFit Schedule:

Mon-Fri: 5 am, 6 am, 9:30 am, 1:45 PM, 3 pm, 4:15 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:45 pm
Tue, Thur: 8 pm
Mon, Tue, Thur: 12 noon
Sat: 10 am
Sun: 11 am

Weightlifting/Barbell Club Class:

Tue: 5:30 pm
Sat: 12 noon

Open Gym:

Sat: 8 am-1 pm
additional times available during the week (any time we are open)

Kids:

Wed 5:30 pm
Sat 8:30 am

Teens:

Tue/Thur: 4:30 pm
Sat: 9 am

On Ramp/Beginners:

Tue/Thur: 6:45 pm
Sat: 8:30 am

On Ramp Series “A” – Tue, Thur at 6:45 PM, Sat 8:30 AM; Series “B” – Mon, Weds at 6:45 PM, Sat 8:30 AM; Series “C” – Mon, Wed at 11 AM, Sat 8:30 AM;
Series “D” – Mon, Wed at 8:30 AM, Sat 8:30 AM; Series “E” – Mon, Wed at 5:00 AM, Sat 8:30 AM; *Series [B-E] available based on interest and enrollment.
