Motivation won’t last forever. Here’s how to stay on track and make good choices a lifestyle, not a phase:

Simplify: Something as fundamental as nutrition shouldn’t be complicated.

Plan: Create an actionable plan with a timeline & realistic goals.

Share: TELL SOMEONE! Post on social media, grab an accountability partner, tell your cat. The more you talk about what you’re doing, the more likely you’ll be to follow through.

Focus: Don’t be distracted by everyday life aka your old habits. You are building the foundation of a new lifestyle. There is no more room for your bad habits.

Forgive: It’s okay if you fall off, go back, mess up or fail. Dwelling on your shortcomings wastes time that could be spent working towards your goals. Acknowledge what went wrong, forgive yourself and move on!

Try again: Success comes to people who never stop trying. Be committed, be determined. The only way you will fail is if you give up.
