Dear CrossFit Kids Parent

Thank you for bringing your child to CrossFit Kids and making the commitment to better your child’s future! The coaches are excited you have chosen CrossFit Kids to be a part of your child’s path to learn the love of fitness and nutrition. With your child, we are not only able to potentially enhance their lives, but we have the opportunity to shape them and the realities within them. With this endeavor we have dedicated my life; your child’s safety and the opportunity to enrich their lives are my primary focus.

We want to take this opportunity to introduce our program and to set some policies and procedures for the safety of your child and the efficacy of their CrossFit class experience. Our youth directors – Margaret and Bob – come to us with diverse CrossFit training, advanced technical degrees, and over 25 years of professional experience. Having successfully raised three children of their own, Margaret and Bob oversee and actively participate in our youth programs here at CrossFit Glen Burnie.

Our youth program consists of the following CF Kids groups:

  • Preschool (3 – 5 Years Old)
  • Kids (5 – 12 Years Old)
  • Teens (12 – 18 Years Old)

When deciding on the appropriate class your child should attend, we consider not only the age of your child, but also their individual skill, athleticism and maturity.

Preschool classes last 15-20 minutes, the Kids class last 30 minutes, and the Teens class lasts 40-50 minutes.
