We team you up with a professional coach to create the best program for your Fitness, Nutrition, and Lifestyle. We care about you and your goals. Together, we will customize a program specific to your health and fitness needs. With flexible scheduling options, we work around your schedule. Each day that you train, you’ll receive personalized coaching from our experienced team who looks forward to guiding you along your fitness journey.
We also work closely with our Registered Dietitian, to offer individualized nutrition packages to support your goals. When you train at CFGB, you have a whole team of professionals working for you!
CrossFit has grown in popularity since its origination in 2000. A highly-effective group fitness classes with their cult-like following. Some have said that you have to be a bit of masochist to buy into Crossfit – where the pain and suffering is a natural part of the process, but you feel so damn good about yourself afterwards.

At CFGB, we have a team of coaches working with a Registered Dietitian, to bring you credible nutritional packages for you. We work with you to accomplish real lifestyle changes; not just “the quick fix”.
Our trusted and effective nutritional program offers customized plans and on-going coaching – so that you continue to see real lasting changes in your life.
Do you have a you have a child with energy that you would like to channel in a positive direction? Perhaps you have a youngster that is looking for a way to develop healthy habits and a positive self-image. Or, you may have a young athlete that is active in one or more sports looking for strength, power, and conditioning.
CFGB offers programs for kids (ages 5-8 years) and pre-teens/teens (ages 9-18 years). The Kids program is designed to build body awareness and healthy physical habits of children – with a focus on fun, skill-building activities and group workouts in each class. We also introduce basic nutrition into our activities.
The CFGB pre-teen/teen program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes. We structure our program to incorporate basic body-weight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development using functional weightlifting exercises. We incorporate team workouts as well as team building games to help encourage social interactions and a fun environment. We touch on basic nutritional recommendations but focus most of our time on their fitness.
