Each person’s fitness journey is unique. No matter where a person starts, each step along that journey can bring excitement and new challenges.
In addition setting goals and working with our coaches, we provide several tools to help you track your overall fitness journey.

Goal Setting

We love helping our athletes set goals! The first step in setting a goal would be to speak with one of our trainers. We will help you to select a results-focused goal along with one or more action goals.
By setting a results-focused goal and then selecting one or more goal-specific actions, you will more likely achieve your goal.
In addition to goal setting, consider participating in one of our many community challenges. Taking on a challenge with others can be more fun and you are more likely to follow through and track your results when others are there to hold you accountable. Examples of challenges that we particpate in include the LuRong Living Challenge Series

Workout Tracking

At CrossFit Glen Burnie, we​ ​emphasize​ ​a supportive community, measuring progress, and celebrating success all of which starts with a supportive coach to athlete relationship. We believe our commitment to these values has helped us ​create a world-class environment for our athlete members.

To support these values, we​ ​chose​ ​the SugarWOD workout app. It’s a fun, social way to track your WODs and from day one you get to enjoy the unique community at CFGB. Using it is totally optional (you can keep your account private), but on any given day more than 85% of CFGB athletes who attend class are using SugarWOD!
