“Hi, I’m Maddie! I’m a Nutrition Coach with Healthy Steps Nutrition at CrossFit Glen Burnie, a mom to two little girls, and I’ve been coaching CrossFit since 2018.

I believe a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be ‘all or nothing’; it’s about making smart choices that fit your life and allow room for the things you enjoy. My goal is to meet you where you are, whether you’re just starting out or looking to fine-tune your habits. Together, we’ll create a positive, sustainable relationship with food—one that fuels your body, fits your lifestyle, and feels good long-term.

Is there a cost to attend?

No—your RSVP secures a free seat. Space is limited, so please cancel if your plans change.

Do I need to be a CFGB member?

Not at all! Members, friends, and community guests are welcome.

Is child care really provided?

Yes! We offer supervised childcare during the seminar at no extra cost. Please note children’s ages when you RSVP so we can staff appropriately.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, a notebook (optional), and your questions. We’ll provide light refreshments.

Will there be a sales pitch?

We’ll share how to work with our nutrition team or join upcoming programs, but the seminar itself is purely educational.
