

Our CrossFit classes are built to help you begin, practice, and progress — no matter where you’re starting from.
Each class is coach-led, thoughtfully structured, and designed to develop strength, fitness, and confidence over time. You’ll be guided through a warm-up, skill or strength work, and a workout that’s scaled to your ability and goals. You don’t need to be fit to start — you need a place where the work is clear and the support is real.
This isn’t about perfection or pushing past your limits every day. It’s about showing up, practicing good movement, and building consistency with coaching and accountability.

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or an elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning every day is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing, and more.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instructions and a demonstration of the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
