- 12 Small-Group Classes: Two coach-led CrossFit workouts each week that break down movements step-by-step so you learn safe, effective technique while building strength, stamina, and confidence..
- 2 Private Nutrition Sessions: One-on-one goal-setting kickoff (Week 1) and a Sustain & Thrive Consultation (Week 6) with Maddie or Bri to personalize your plan for long-term success.
- Weekly Accountability Touchpoints: Short check-ins (message or call) to celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust habits.
- Foundational Habit Curriculum: Bite-sized lessons on hydration, balanced plate building, meal prep shortcuts, recovery & sleep, and stress management—one habit at a time.
- Supportive Community: A cohort of 4–12 like-minded classmates plus a private group chat for quick questions, meal-prep ideas, and high-fives.
